Most commonly used outdoors, mesh banners on 13oz mesh material are an excellent choice when you need to outsmart the weather. They are water resistant and the mesh weaves allow the wind to flow freely through the material unencumbered. You’ll get noticed for all the right reasons with mesh banners crafted by Red Leaf.
Redleaf's mesh banners are completed with standard hemming. For added durability, please choose sewn hemming.
Crops & Bleeds
Crop marks indicate where the artwork will be cut. When exporting your artwork for print, please ensure to include crops.
Bleeds are the parts of the artwork that extend past the trim line. When finishing a banner, the edges are folded in and hemmed to strengthen it for grommeting. We require a 1″ bleed on all sides of the artwork.
Safety Margins
Some shift may happen during the printing process, in order to avoid having important content cut off, it's pertinent to keep your content at least 1/2" away from the trim line.
Colour
Artwork should be supplied in CMYK. RGB or Pantone colours will be converted and may not match the colours you intend.
Image Resolution
Photos or any rasterized imagery should be 150 dpi minimum.
File Format
The preferred file format for print is PDF.

What types of materials are your mounted signs made of?
Redleaf Print Shop offers the following materials for mounted signs:
- Coroplast - This material is a rigid, light, polypropylene material. It is weather resistant and durable.
- Rigid PVC - This material is a rigid 3mm PVC material. It is weather resistant and durable.
- Flexible PVC - This material is a light and thin PVC material. It is weather resistant and moderately durable.
- Foamcore - This material is a ultra-light polystyrene foam. It is not weather resistant. Best used for indoor signage.
