Our presentation folders are available in a finished size of 9" x 12".
This size is a perfect fit for brochures, rack cards, flyers, letterhead, and more. Choose from two popular paper stocks - 14pt and 16pt Cardstocks.
In addition to our quality paper stock options Redleaf Print Shop offers several premium finishes to choose from. Here are the options along with the quantities available:
- Full High Gloss UV Coating - 100 to 5000
- Matte Dull Coating - 100 to 5000
- Satin Aqueous Coating - 250 to 5000
- Spot High Gloss UV Coating - 500 to 5000

Our Presentation Folders are group-printed to offer you quality offset printing at an affordable rate.
Crops & Bleeds
Crop marks indicate where the artwork will be cut. When exporting your artwork for print, please ensure to include crops.
Bleeds are the parts of the artwork that extend past the trim line. Since shifting can occur during the printing process, having bleeds ensure that the edges of the finished piece doesn’t have blank white margins. We recommend at least a 1/8″ bleed on all sides of the artwork.
Safety Margins
Some shift may happen during the printing process, in order to avoid having important content cut off, it's pertinent to keep your content at least 1/8" away from the trim line.
Colour
Artwork should be supplied in CMYK. RGB or Pantone colours will be converted and may not match the colours you intend.
Image Resolution
Photos or any rasterized imagery should be 300 dpi minimum.
File Format
The preferred file format for print is PDF.

How long does it take for my presentation folders to print?
Presentation folder production time is 7-10 business days. Transit times vary depending on location.
Can I customize the pockets and business card slits?
Yes, you can choose to have one pocket or two pockets with or without business card slits. Prices are the same for any combination you choose. Printing on your pockets can be done with single-sided printing.
What paper stocks do you print your presentation folders on?
We offer your choice of 14pt or 16pt coated cardstocks.

Yes! We offer the following presentation folder finishes
Full High-Gloss UV Coating - this is a full coverage high gloss UV coating that shines. It is available on the front/outside area and pockets of your presentation folders.
Matte Dull Coating - this beautiful finish mattes the colour down in to reduce the glossiness and sheen of your presentation folders. In addition, it is a smooth finish.
Satin Aqueous Coating - Aqueous coating is a water-based coating. Sating AQ offers medium shine and has excellent scuff resistance.
Spot High Gloss UV Coating - Spot High Gloss UV coating allows you to pick and choose the specific areas you want to print the High Gloss UV coating. This allows you to specify spots that will shine from the UV coating.
Can I print on the inside of the presentation folder?
Yes, we offer single-sided and double-sided printing. To have printing on the inside of your presentation folders, please select double-sided printing.
Pockets are considered part of the front/outside so the single-sided printing option allows you to print on the pockets.
